The Face of Our Company
ThinkCraft was founded by Manvi Kapoor, a senior consultant with 10+ years of experience advising global pharma brands. Manvi has led customer engagement, analytics, and go-to-market programs across oncology, specialty, and generics portfolios throughout her career.
Currently, based out of Singapore, she works hand in hand with global & regional teams to set up their CX function from scratch.
Manvi has worked in the US, Top5 EU, Southeast Asia, East Asia & Australia affiliates.
She has been sharing her passion for Business Intelligence with Masters' students, as a Guest lecturer at the National University of Singapore (NUS) for their Data & Visualization courses, since 2024.
